Success Story
Problem: Client operates over 30 restaurant locations. The client was in danger of violating their debt covenants, (conditions and restrictions that lenders include in business loans), which would have had a major negative impact on a $2 million loan.
Solution: Findlay CPA, developed the framework to allow the client to increase their net income by more than $810,000 through the use of gift card breakage, (the portion of gift card sales that are never redeemed).
Outcome: The client was able to (1) satisfy the debt covenants (2) Increase their profitability, (3) relieve more than $800,0000 of liability from their balance sheet.
